Beach Restaurant: Le Petibonum Everything here is original: the place is unique and the food is simple but innovative. Facing the sea, the little brightly painted rustic bar forms part of the landscape among the legendary volcano Mont Pelée and the green hills of Morne Vert. The beach is isolated but accessible, and beach equipment is available for your total comfort. Nearby on the beach, many activities like flyboard are also available. The restaurant is owned and managed by Guy Ferdinand, known as “Chef hot pants,” who usually cooks with the traditional chef’s whites on top… but keep short shorts on the bottom! “You need good legs to pull it off“he says.
